Wil je meer leren over Voedselbossen en Permacultuur? Altijd al de unieke verhalen achter één van de voedselbossen willen horen, en deze eigenhandig kunnen zien, ruiken, proeven, en ervaren? Het voedselbos in het Stadslandbouwproject NoordOogst geeft veel inzicht in hoe je zelf een voedselbos kunt beginnen, wat daar allemaal bij komt kijken, en hoe je dit beheert. Deze rondleiding is voor iedereen die interesse heeft in voedselbossen, we zullen het in deze rondleiding hebben over de basiselementen van het voedselbos: de bodem, het ontwerp, de soorten. Ook kom je tijdens de rondleiding te weten wat je kunt eten uit een voedselbos. Je kunt proeven van de Franse Uiensoepboom, het blad van de szechuanpeper en wat het seizoen biedt.

Do you want to learn more about food forests and permaculture? Always wanted to know the unique stories behind one of the food forests, and to see, smell, taste, and experience them first hand?
The food forest in the City Agriculture Project NoordOogst provides a great insight into how to start your own food forest and how to manage it. This tour is for anyone interested in food forests. In this tour we will talk about the basic elements of the food forest: the soil, the design, the species. During the tour you will also find out what you can eat from a food forest. You can taste the French Onion Soup Tree, the leaves of the Szechuan pepper and everything the season has to offer.
