13:15 Trend presentation: this ecosystem day will be started off with a trend presentation to uncover current developments within the food ecosystem as a trend report will you. And like icing on a cake we will celebrate Pride Juice, an inclusive food waste juice we developed together with Local 2 Local.
13:45 entrepreneurial journeys in the Ecosystem: four inspiring food entrepreneurs will be invited on stage. They will share what partnerships are needed to faster solve global challenges such as: local supply chains, regenerative agriculture, plant based proteins and inclusive & healthy food for all. You will also dive into their current challenges and how they translate to these global challenges.

15:00 World Café: During this session you will prepare crispy challenges for you to kickstart inspiring partnerships to build bridges to new solutions.
