English version below
LET OP: dit programma is volgeboekt/ NOTE: this program is fully booked.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS ACTIVITY IS FULLY BOOKED
A birding excursion for new bird lovers to learn to recognize birds by their song while enjoying a stroll. You might hear nightingales, marsh warblers imitating other birds’ song or perhaps even see the kingfisher if it’s home. All of these things could happen during this birding excursion (even though the singing season has ended).
The birds are busy breeding and raising their young. Early in the morning we will walk parallel to the Amsterdam-Rhine Canal in the Diemerpark and listen thoughtfully to try and catch a glimpse.
Important information
The walk starts at 06:00 at the bottom of the bike path of the Nescio Bridge in the Diemerpark. Beware that even in June it can still be quite cold in the mornings. We will also stop to listen occasionally, so bring your binoculars. The walk takes approximately an hour to complete. If you’re up for it you are free to walk back with us, in which case the whole endeavor will take you around 2.5 hours.
PAY ATTENTION! Up to 15 participants can join in this activity. Full means full.
